Today I'll show something that I have knitted
during the last months.
In German we say "Waschlappen",
in Norwegian we call them "Vaskekluter",
and in English I think they are called "Washcloths".
They are knitted in 100% cotton
and have different patterns
made by the Norwegian designer Bitta Mikkelborg.
And because the challenge "Craft Your Passion Challenge"
says: "Any handcrafted items are welcome...",
I decide to show my knit work there.

CAS Autumn Tags

Today I want to show two CAS autumn tags
which I made with my new Dylusions sprays
and a maple leaves stencil.
I have just started using those sprays,
so I think there has to be a time of "try and error".
But I like it. Not the messy fingers, but the result.

I used:
White card stock;
Nellie Snellen tag dies;
Dylusion Sprays;
Memory Box "Garden Falling Maple" stencil;
VersaColor ink "54 Brown".

I want to show my tags here:

Cuttlebug Mania "Spooky"

Over at Cuttlebug Mania there is a new challenge: "Spooky".

"This week we are all a bit spooky......
We would like you to make your project with
Ghosts, Mummies, Spiders, Witches, Kids in costumes
Or lots of black!"

Please take a look at Cuttlebug Mania
and get inspired from the DT projects.
As always there is a great prize to win.

For my (not very spooky) Halloween tags I used:

Nellie Snellen tag die;
Spellbinders stars die;
(The stars are the "leftovers" from a banner die cut);
Image: Free Dearie Dolls;
Purple, yellow and orange scraps;
Yellow and purple distress inks.

I want to show my tags here:

Spray and Ghosting

Wow! I have tried something new!
Last week I bought some craft goodies
from my favorite store in Zürich.
And on Saturday it was warm enough to sit on the balcony
with the wonderful autumn colours
from Dylusions Ink Spray.
I have never used sprays before,
and because I did not know how far the sprays would reach,
I did not want to do it inside of my room.
I had great fun!
However I did not take care of my fingers,
and as I was playing the guitar in Church on Sunday,
I think the congregation wondered
about the red fingertips.
Here is my first card with spray and ghosting.
In real the colours are warmer than they are on the photo.

I used:
"Papeteria" A6 double card warm yellow;
Olive scrap paper;
Dylusions: Squeezed Orange, Lemon Zest and Postbox Red;
Memory Box "Garden Falling Maple" stencil (for the ghosting);
Marianne Design Swirl die;
Stamp: Stempel Art;
Brown pen for the edges.
